     NUNGARIN - A small town with a big heart 

      

The Shire of Nungarin is locates in the wheatbelt region of Western Australia, with a population of approx 240 and is  one of the nation's smallest. It is located about 40 kilometres (25 miles) north of Merredin and about 300 kilometres (186 miles) east of the state capital, Perth. The Shire covers an area of 1,164 square kilometres (449 sq miles). Nungarin is a small but progressive RV friendly town with many attractions for the toursit, especially during the wildflower season. If you are a sports person you will not be disappointed. Whether you are a visitor or a long time local this site will keep you informed.
